Unvios is an AI-powered mental wellness platform that enables individuals to track their mental wellness, receive personalized insights, and optimize their well-being. The platform uses persistent memory of your conversation history and wellness interactions to provide context-aware, tailored guidance. The Service includes daily check-ins (mood, energy, stress, focus, sleep), AI-generated wellness protocols, personality analysis, pattern detection, and progress tracking.
2. AI Disclaimer
Important: Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to process and retrieve wellness information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Accuracy: AI models may occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information. You should verify important wellness insights independently and consult with healthcare professionals for critical health decisions.
- Not Professional Mental Health Treatment: Unvios is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, or medical advice from licensed practitioners. For mental health concerns, please consult with a qualified therapist or mental health professional.
- Unpredictability: Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, responses to the same question may vary over time.
- Wellness Tracking Only: The wellness metrics, scores, and insights provided by Unvios are for self-awareness and self-optimization purposes only. They should not be interpreted as clinical diagnoses or medical assessments.
3. User Accounts & Content
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Your Content: You retain all rights to the wellness data, check-in history, and information you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to store illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. Additionally, you may not use the Service to store sensitive personal information of individuals without proper consent and legal basis.
